To the maximum extent permitted by law, Columbus AI Automation Solutions, LLC and its members, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the site or any AI-generated output. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amounts you've paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
